A flour product factory with the capacity to palletize 2 baggers simultaneously, producing 4 million bags per year. Thanks to BROLLA's layer palletizing system and hybrid robot, they can now palletize 4 baggers simultaneously, with a production of 5.3 million bags per year.

Magnesium factory with a capacity to bag 5 million sacks per year, stemming from an outdated palletizing system. Thanks to BROLLA's layer palletizer system, they can now bag 7 million sacks of magnesium annually, with significant improvements in quality, safety, and error reduction.

Pellet factory with a capacity to bag and palletize 4 million sacks per year. Additionally, product losses during bagging, palletizing, and transportation have been reduced by 70%.

A mortar factory, originally capable of bagging 450 sacks per hour with an obsolete system, has increased its capacity to 960 sacks per hour with the integration of an automatic bagging machine from BROLLA. Additionally, this new bagging machine experiences far fewer breakdowns and has significantly improved sack quality.

In a recycling plant, newspaper cut into strips used to be manually bagged. With the installation of an automatic bagging machine, they can now control the amount of paper bagged and do so more efficiently, with a production rate of 200 bales per hour.

A corn processing factory had the capacity to bag 120 sacks per hour using manual packaging and manual palletizing. With the integration of a semi-automatic bagging machine from BROLLA, along with an ingravit palletizer, they can now produce and palletize 300 sacks per hour. Additionally, they have gained precision and quality in both bagging and palletizing.

At a Cross-Docking center handling around 1,000 pallets per day, none of these pallets were previously checked for weight and volume declared by the end customer. With the implementation of a BROLLA Pallet Sorter, they are now verifying the weight and volume of each pallet. Additionally, they have improved operational capacity to 1,300 pallets per day, thanks to enhanced internal transport routes and repetition of paths.

A logistics center near Barcelona has an operational capacity of up to 3,000 pallets per day, of which only a few are manually checked for volume and weight. With the implementation of two BROLLA Pallet Sorters, they process over 4,000 pallets daily. Additionally, they have been able to incorporate automated weight and volume control of goods into their warehouse, allowing for corrections to be made to shipping guides.
