Features of a line with a Cartesian palletizer
Brolla’s Cartesian palletizers are machines of our own manufacturing, with very low maintenance, which makes after-sales service agile and efficient.
They can be configured as fully automatic or semi-automatic solutions. The automatic solution includes pallet dispensing and movement through roller conveyors. Semi-automatic Cartesian palletizers establish a palletizing point on the floor and require human intervention in the process of placing and removing the pallet.
Installation Control
Installations with palletizing robots are controlled through a touchscreen that keeps functionalities up to date according to production. This software allows:
- Activation of automatic programs.
- Manual control of all machines comprising the installation.
- Quick creation and editing of palletization recipes.
- Troubleshooting.
