A mortar factory, originally capable of bagging 450 sacks per hour with an obsolete system. Has increased its capacity to 960 sacks per hour with the integration of an automatic bagging machine from BROLLA. Additionally, this new bagging machine experiences far fewer breakdowns and has significantly improved sack quality.

In a recycling plant, newspaper cut into strips used to be manually bagged. With the installation of an automatic bagging machine, they can now control the amount of paper bagged and do so more efficiently, with a production rate of 200 bales per hour.

A corn processing factory had the capacity to bag 120 sacks per hour using manual packaging and manual palletizing. With the integration of a semi-automatic bagging machine from BROLLA, along with an ingravit palletizer, they can now produce and palletize 300 sacks per hour. At a Cross-Docking center handling around 1,000 pallets per day, none of these pallets were previously checked for weight and volume declared by the end customer. Additionally, they have improved operational capacity to 1,300 pallets per day, thanks to enhanced internal transport routes and repetition of paths.

A logistics center near Barcelona has an operational capacity of up to 3,000 pallets per day, of which only a few are manually checked for volume and weight.
